ViMA stands for Virtual. Meetings. Active!
ViMA is an open, multifunctional online platform that is intended to become a digital meeting place for people from all Danube countries and beyond.
The aim is to give people in all their diversity the opportunity to share common interests online.
The focus is on people, for whom digital tools are made available in order to get to know people with similar interests, share knowledge with others or make competences and skills available to others.
The platform is the basis for virtual, face-to-face or hybrid encounters and collaboration in the following areas
- Search-offer function (culture, sport, travelling, …)
- Interest groups (favourite places in Europe, cooking, travel, …)
- Discussion forums (e.g. cultural differences and similarities, …)
and provides information on events organised by partner organisations

ViMA Ulm
ViMA Ulm is an open, multifunctional online platform that is intended to become a digital meeting place for Ulm’s citizens.
The aim is to give citizens of Ulm in all their diversity the opportunity to share common interests online.
Please keep in mind that ViMA Ulm is currently under maintenance and therefore not as active as ViMA danube
